SCORM / AICC: SCORM stands for Sharable Content Object Reference Model. SCORM focuses on the interface between content and the Learning Management System. In other words, how learning content gets into an LMS system. AICC stands for Aviation Industry Computer-Based Training Committee. It is an international association of technology-based training professionals who developed guidelines for the development, delivery, and evaluation of Online and related training technologies. It is widely used by LMS and other systems to call content and assessment. WorldLearn is designed to be content developer neutral. Any course which is developed according to the AICC or SCORM frameworks can be managed within WorldLearn. You can create your own courses or purchase off the shelf third party courses—both which we would assist you in loading onto our WorldLearn LMS. In order to make the course load as easy as possible we would recommend that courses are designed and built according to either AICC, SCORM1.1, SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 standards. We work closely with developers and off the shelf courseware providers to provide our clients with a best practice outcome. We provide compatibility with various course development tools in order to provide a single click to upload function.
Our team offers full consultation to support clients who build their own content.
