Training Room Management:

The Training Room Management module is designed to maximise utilisation of your training room whilst providing an intuitive mechanism for your training managers to book training rooms.

The Training Room Management function enables an administrator to define regions, locations, room types, room configurations, maximum participants per configuration, standard equipment included within the room, additional resources which are available on demand and to block out periods, amongst others. The module allows administrators to assign and associate booking charges to rooms, resources and services. The system also enables automatic distribution out of these charges based on users cost centres.

Users within the system are able to easily search for room types by date and to subsequently request rooms, request additional equipment required and to request a range of services including catering and security, as part of the booking process. The room booking process is designed to make the process of booking training rooms and associated peripherals, as easy as possible.

The system automatically notifies users at specified trigger points and whenever the status of their booking changes.

The Training room booking process is integrated with the Event Management module.
