WorldLearn provides a number of Learning Pathways ranging from organisationally driven pathways such as Compliance, Performance and Development, to learner defined pathways such as Personal and Career development. These Learning Pathways are designed to assist users to plot a path through the many learning activities which organisations either mandate or recommend that users complete in support of their Job role or Career.

The Learning Pathways module provides an organisation with a quick and simple mechanism to define mandatory compliance related training requirements, training requirements in support of Performance Management and Development and to enable employees to manage Personal and Career development. The module provides extensive reporting designed to accurately display the risk exposure associated with this training.

Each of the Learning Pathways has inherent business rules for registering onto a course offering, for managing expiry and perioicity of courses and for subsequently displaying a consolidated result in the context of their Compliance, Performance, Development and Caterer pathways. This provides a powerful tool for managing the various aspects of learning within the organisation.
