Event Management:

WorldLearn Event Management has been designed to manage the life cycle of all your Facilitated training events - from registration to an attendance outcome. It provides the administrator with a tool to not only manage the course and class attributes such as; self - service registrations, waitlists, attendance recording and reporting but also to record the requirements for support services related to the event.

This function allows the Event Manager to set minimum and maximum numbers per class; to register users onto a class; to move users from a class to another class; to email learners in bulk or as individuals from a list of participants; to associate specific facilitators with a class; to identify room and location as well as catering and other course related artefacts; and to manage standby, no shows, withdrawals and cancellations.

The Event Management module is a powerful tool designed to automate and streamline the Event Management process in turn reducing manual handling and service costs. As an outcome you should expect improved service delivery to the employee, reduced service costs and provide accurate, up to date reporting for the course sponsor.

The Event management function is integrated with the WorldLearn Training Room bookings and Facilitator scheduling modules.
