Evaluation Management:

Evaluation Management within WorldLearn provides the client with a mechanism to evaluate the reactions and behaviours of learners after completing a course.

The Evaluation Management function enables the client to create a pool of evaluation questions, to group these questions within 'reporting groups' and evaluation templates and to associate evaluation templates with courses. Properties associated with the evaluation allow clients full control of attributes such as:
· when the evaluation is presented to the employee,
· the number and timing of reminders to complete the evaluations and
· the timing for follow up evaluations.

The evaluation 'reporting groups' are designed to provide the organisation with targeted reporting on the efficiency of the training based on the evaluation responses.

Evaluation Management is supported by Assessment Management to provide a broader evaluation of the employee's learning experience from their reactions to the course, to a measure of the learning achieved and an evaluation of behavioural change by their manager.

Evaluation Management is designed to support learning effectiveness in the organisation. It provides the first three level of evaluation based on Kirkpatrick’s model.
