Case Management:
The WorldLearn Case Management module is designed to manage enquiries
and issues about the Learning Management System operation and courseware
delivery by providing the ability to:
· Log details of a case, including linking it to a particular training event, course or supplier service
· Assign a case to a specific person for further action
· Notify and remind people who have been assigned a case when action is pending
· Record progress and ultimately resolution of the case
· Provide reports about case management volume and resolution timeframes
· Provide user with the ability to log their own cases and view progress with their resolution
The Case Management module enables a case manager to quickly and easily
record the details of a query, problem or complaint as a “case”, while
the contact is on the phone. The module also enable the case manager
to quickly and easily find that case again if necessary, to assign the
case to someone who may be able to help resolve the case and to record
details of the actions were taken to resolve the case.
Each case can be associated with a number of interested parties which
ensures that they are automatically informed of any changes made to
the case.
The case management module provides reporting on trends in the nature
and volume of various problems, queries and complaints to aid in the
identification and removal of their root causes.
